Groundwork is a gentle, supportive place to start if you’re ready to feel better—but you’re not sure where to begin. As your holistic wellness coach and holistic nutrition coach, I’ll help you create a simple, realistic plan that fits your life (not the other way around). Together, we’ll build a strong foundation with: • A thorough initial assessment • Personalized meal structure + lifestyle plan • Habit guidance and practical next steps • Supplement recommendations when appropriate • Two 60-minute calls each month • Bi-weekly messaging support for accountability and encouragement This service is available for clients in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) and online nationwide. Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with Flourish Well Co. Please review the booking guidelines below scheduling. Scheduling: A confirmation email will be sent after your appointment is scheduled. Assessment & preparation: Please make sure your assessment form and any other requested information is completed before your appointment. Incomplete forms may require rescheduling so there is enough time for review. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least a 24hr notice. Requests made within less than the 24hr notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations: Appointments may be cancelled with at least a 24hr notice. Cancellations made with less than the 24hr notice may be charged in full or counted as a complete session. No Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without notice, the appointment will be treated as a completed session and is non-refundable. Late Arrival: If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time so other appointments are not affected. Significant delays may require rescheduling or booking another service call. Personalized Plans & Assessment - based Services: Because preparation, review, and planning begin before delivery - personalized plans, assessments, and related written recommendations are non-refundable once work has started. Booking Availability: Appointments are subject to availability. Limited evening and weekend availability may be offered when availability.
