My Story

Hi there! I'm Riley,  founder of Flourish Well Co.

My personal health journey started when I was young, with a mom that prioritized healthy, unprocessed foods and checking ingredient labels. At age 9, I was diagnosed with autoimmune disease that forever changed how I go about my day to day life. I had to become more conscious about what I ate and how my body responded to food. My constant attention on food led me to pursue Culinary Arts in college. While in college, I worked as a private chef on a family ran farm and later as a cook in a restaurant. It wasn't till after watching my mom, who was the perfect picture of health all my life, lose her battle to cancer that I realized being healthy wasn't just about food. It's also prioritizing your emotional & mental health, environment, and dreams. I couldn't continue to work in food service when I knew my heart was elsewhere. So, I went back to school for holistic nutrition coaching, quit my restaurant job, moved to Arkansas, and started Flourish.  

It all started with a dream and a vision to teach and support others on their wellness journey, whatever that may look like. My goal is to create something I wish I had when I was younger. A space where wellness feels approachable and personalized, for you and your life.
